Notes

Brewed on 1/21/12 @ Pauls house.

Collected 2 gallons from the first runnings, collected 3 gallons from the 1st sparge and 2.75 gallons from the 2nd. Ended up with 7.35 gallons preboil.

My refractometer read 1.057, his read 1.050. He said he compared his w/ another before and it was around 1 brix off, se I averaged to get the pre-boil gravity of ~1.055.

Perfect brew, ended up with ~5.5 gallons in the fermenter. Not sure if I pitchec enough yeast (especially with the higher gravity than expected). Was sitting in car for 3 hours at ~61 before getting home.
