Notes

4/2/16
– Brewed at Paul’s
– Pre boil gravity of 1.054 with 7 gallons of wort pre-boil
– Had a boil over about 5-10 minutes after adding the 60 minute addition.
– OG was 1.071. collected exactly 5 gallons. When I got home I hadded 1/2 gallon of distilled water to get 5.5 gallons then pitched the Imperial A20 Citrus yeast.
– Put in fermentation chamber.
