- Took a hydrometer sample and the FG is ~1.013.
- Sample is super juciy!
8/17/19
- Added 2oz Denali and 2 oz Mosaic directly to keg then racked in on top of the hops.
- Pured with CO2 3 times, then set PSI to 30 at ~2PM for 24 hours.
