  • Took a hydrometer sample and the FG is ~1.013.
  • Sample is super juciy!

  • Added 2oz Denali and 2 oz Mosaic directly to keg then racked in on top of the hops.
  • Pured with CO2 3 times, then set PSI to 30 at ~2PM for 24 hours.
