Notes

Add Honey at flameout

Pre-boil gravity of 1.061 and collected ~6.5 gallons. After 90 minute boil I only collected 3.5 gallons of 1.110 wort! Added 2 gallons of boiled/chilled water to compensate. Forgot to take another gravity reading.
