Notes
7/12/2020
- Brewed at home
- Had low pre-boil gravity so boiled for 75 minutes.
- OG 1.051 @6.5G
7/17/2020
- Hydrometer reading is 1.008.
7/21/2020
- Chilled to 62F the night before.
- Still finished at 1.008
- Racked on top of dry hops. Got about 5G.
- Added 1 tsp of gelatin to 1/4 cup of cold water. Stirred and heated in 10s increments until the temp was about 145F.
- Added to keg then pured with co2 3 times.
- Did burst carbonation, setting it to ~30PSI around 10pm on 7/21/20, will leave it for 15-20 hours then dial it back down to 11psi.
