Notes

  • Pre boil volume ended up being a little greater than estimated and gravity is low so am going to do a longer boil (2023-10-07)
  • Dumped the trub, ~2 pints (2023-10-11)
  • Added dry hop additions. Included Columbus too. (2023-10-12)
  • Began cold crashing after shutting blow off valve and attaching co2 to the carb stone with about 4 psi (2023-10-16)
